Took my Equinox EV in for a checkup at Advantage Chevrolet of Hodgkins, and had a fantastic experience. Carolina Wetzal was my service advisor, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything Chevrolet of Hodgkins, and had a fantastic experience. Carolina Wetzal was my service advisor, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. She was knowledgeable about the EV system, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure all my questions were answered. If you drive an EV and want it serviced by professionals who truly understand the technology, I highly recommend Advantage Chevy’s service department. Advantage Chevrolet is a nice departure from your typical dealership service departments. Many local dealership service centers in this area have horrible customer service, but not Advantage.
