He was EXCELLENT......Worked with me to arrange a comeback for the install....My only complaint is that the dealership did have NOT a loaner for me...I had to take the truck back before the job was finished...Then borrow a car to leave mine again... .A dealership this big should have more than one loner.....Andy the front mgr did his best.....
