He was EXCELLENT......Worked with me to arrange a comeback for the install....My only complaint is that the dealership did have NOT a loaner for me...I had to take the truck back before the job was finished...Then borrow a car to leave mine again... .A dealership this big should have more than one loner.....Andy the front mgr did his best..... Person who serviced me refused to call my Warranty company without a $140 charge. Attempted to force me to buy Toyota products for an inspection. When I wouldn’t and asked not to do inspection he agre company without a $140 charge. Attempted to force me to buy Toyota products for an inspection.
