If I make an appointment, I assume that my vehicle will be in a bay and worked on within the next day or so. It wasn't until the third day the dealership had my truck that it was moved into a bay and work started. I called to get an update after that and was told that the technician on my vehicle was pulled to work on a transmission on another vehicle. That defeats the purpose of having an appointment altogether. I think the process for appointments and their priority needs to be examined. I also did not like the fact that when talking on the phone, several times I was told I would get a call back with updates. Every time, I ended up having to call and ask what was going on because I wasn't contacted. If things are busy, so be it. Don't tell a customer that you will call them with information and then not call the customer. If the appointment issue and call back issue were examined and there is an improvement, I would consider recommending the service center. The only reason I cannot recommend it is because of the issues mentioned. The workmanship of the technicians is fine. More
