disappointed First off I would like to thank Alexia Carter she was very helpful, nice and straight up forward throughout the whole service for the service! I got My Truck tolled from my to All American Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of San Anglo for a faster turn around rate because the Midland and Odessa All American Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram service shop we're backed for 2 week to 3 months to even look a m truck to even se what was wrong. Long story short it took 2 months to have my truck completely ready to pick up. Though I'm a very patient person and very understanding that stuff happens.. I ran out of patients after being told my truck may be ready by a certain day that never made it deadline and I never once got call of an update or status on my truck I always had to call after week be week. I also feel insulted because of the (car sharks) sales man kept try sale me a vehicle and trade mine in because I have major repairs being serviced. More
