Steve, Mike and Ben all treated us as if we were loyal customers and not first time buyers. It was actually a good experience purchasing a new car and not high pressured as the other area dealer sales people. I showed up at 12:30pm on a Saturday afternoon complaining of a foul smell in my Lexus, obviously caused by a dead animal, probably a rodent caught in an air filter. Eric, the service manager on duty, took over and solved the problem in a very short time. The odor, and offending critter, was gone, the car smelled fine and I was on my way again. This was not the first incidence of truly friendly and courteous service I have had with Anderson Lexus, and, I want to note that the staff is always friendly and outgoing, combining a "can-do" attitude with a genuine interest in making me happy. Anyone can promise good service. Providing it and making the customer feel valued at the same time is special. More

Easy going experience I worked with Ryan, he was great. From the beginning I explained that I don’t like being “sold” things and he completely respected that. Kim was gracious enough to put my new plates on while Ryan dealt with a family issue and left early. He treated me as I would expect him to treat one of his own customers. I appreciated that. Tony took my cash :). He was super laid back and enjoyable. This was my first experience with a finance manager at a car dealership who I did not feel was slimy. Next time I might consider letting the dealer shop for my financial deal if that’s the experience I can expect. Well done Anderson Toyota. More
