From this dealership my husband and I have purchased the following for our personal use: two 2011 Camrys, a 2011 Avalon, a 2016 Avalon. We have a lease for a 2018 Camry and this week we leased a 2019 RAV4. following for our personal use: two 2011 Camrys, a 2011 Avalon, a 2016 Avalon. We have a lease for a 2018 Camry and this week we leased a 2019 RAV4. As you can see, we really like Toyota vehicles. For the last four vehicles we have had the pleasure to working with Mr. Eloy Sosa. He is very professional, knows his products and has assured us he is ALWAYS available to answer questions or troubleshoot for whatever issue may occur. On my 2016 Avalon and now on my RAV4, Eloy paired my IPhone to the car, helped me get my personalized driver’s seat setting set. Today he even called Sirius to cancel the 2016 Avalon service and establish new service on my RAV4 following the 90-day free service. Eloy is a classy salesman and over these recent years has become our friend. Would I recommend AndersonToyota and Eloy Sosa? Absolutely! And I have several times suggested both the dealership and our favorite salesman, Mr. Eloy Sosa to family and friends. My husband and I continually get compliments on the Toyota vehicles we drive. He worked with his management to locate me the exact model of vehicle I was looking for and at the price I was willing to pay. He even arranged for a rental vehicle for me to use while i waited for my car to be delivered. I especially appreciate his efforts in being fully transparent with all the finance/lease options. That helped ultimately making the decision. And to put the icing on the cake...he even came in on his day off to take care of the initial paperwork. A+ for effort. The deal is that my old car had died earlier in the week, so I was on the hunt for something new-to-me and, this past Saturday, my hunt led me to Anderson Toyota. Typically, new car dealerships instantly make me think of uncomfortable, high-pressure sales, and high dealership prices, and I just already *knew* I was going to have to put up with some nonsense. I'm so happy to say that wasn't my experience at Anderson Toyota. At all. I worked mainly with sales associate Don Smith who was very friendly and never made me feel pressured to do anything. I had a car in mind, we looked at the car, we took it for a test drive, and when everything seemed in order, we went inside to talk pricing. I had a price I could pay in cash, but it was a bit less than what they were asking. After talking with his manager, Ricky Stout, I figured they weren't going to accept my price and I would have to go another day without a car. I was so surprised when Don came back and said they would accept my offer! They were so easy to work with and they gave me a great deal. I won't hesitate to visit Anderson Toyota in the future. More

Eric Hoffman in Service is the reason my family looked at Lexus for a replacement vehicle in the first place. Grant did an excellent job trouble shooting the issue on my previous car.
