It was a transparent, believable and professionally conducted business transaction. They found my dream truck I had bought a vehicle at Anderson six years previously. This time I stopped after having seen a Tacoma in the rare color of cavalry blue. I did online research and was concerned the driver's seat was too low. Andrej the salesman took me for a test drive and explained many of those reviews were for trucks with moon roofs. From there a deal was negotiated but I was very demanding in terms of color and trim. Andrej and the team at Anderson searched and found the exact truck I wanted. I had waited for 35 years to own a Tacoma and they made it happen. I am a very satisfied customer. More

EPrice=wrong price First off when a company won’t show you the price of their vehicles online and require you to fill out contact information in order to get a price. Most companies that do this allow you to note that you do not want to be contacted and show the price instantly. Anderson does not; they email the price. I requested a price on a vehicle and was contacted via phone and email. Anderson gave me a price for the vehicle and I confirmed that we were talking about the same vehicle and found that it was a price that I could work with. I set up a time to come in and see the vehicle. Once I arrived they verified the price of the vehicle before I ever asked. After the test drive I made plans to come back the next day with my spouse so he could agree that this was the vehicle. Once again, they verified the price with the original quote. As it became time to start paperwork they then told us that they gave us the wrong price. We told them that wouldn’t work. They first offered to take off $100. Tried to work with them and got nowhere. We walked out and purchased another vehicle at a great price with more options than what we would have gotten at Anderson. While we were purchasing the other car Anderson called multiple times to get us back in. If you go out of your way as a business to verify a price and then at the last point say you can’t do it. Sorry not going to work with you. No regrets leaving. More

All about the money When we attempted to speak to our salesperson, he left us with a lot of unanswered questions. We explained exactly what we wanted, and he continued to When we attempted to speak to our salesperson, he left us with a lot of unanswered questions. We explained exactly what we wanted, and he continued to try to upsell us on a vehicle that had extras we were not interested in and specifically stated that we did not want. We saw that the vehicle we wanted was not on the lot, and asked if we could order one. He also suggested they could try to trade with a local dealer for one. He found a local dealer that had the hybrid we wanted, but with extras tacked on and over our price point (later doing my own search, I found our exact car for a lower price). The sales person kept talking about financing when he was told we would pay in full. When we asked specifics about the vehicle like how long the battery lasts, the noise the vehicle makes backing up, ECT...he had no answer and instead proceeded to talk about upgrades (which we had previously stated we weren't interested in). When we went inside to talk about how soon they might get a hybrid in for us to test drive he stated that he would ask his manager. He came back with financing paperwork...I politely reminded him that we asked about a test drive of the hybrid and he left a second time to check on that...Why did I have to ask twice? Why are you worried about financing paperwork when we aren't going to get a loan? Why couldn't you answer any of out questions. We went to a dealership in Chicago that answered all of our questions and had our car the same we went to see it. More
