I was disappointed that my online service registration data did not populate the service system and I needed to give all that information again. Why bother having me provide that info online?? Also, why isn’t your system integrated with my Toyota app on my mobile where all this info is available? I specifically chose Andrew instead of another local Toyota dealer thinking that Andrew would be more qualified to handle my complex 2202 RAV4 Prime. I am no longer sure that this is correct. More
