Do not use this dealership for service! Very dishonest service writers! We brought in our Sante Fe Sport with 4,032 miles for the ABS recall and mentioned that the MD state inspector noti Very dishonest service writers! We brought in our Sante Fe Sport with 4,032 miles for the ABS recall and mentioned that the MD state inspector noticed some oil underneath. The service writer tells us that the oil pan, timing cover and valve covers were all leaking and quoted $1,500 to repair. No parts, all labor. When inquired about 100,000 mile power train warranty was told it was not covered. Mind you this car has 4,032 miles! Left stealership, went home and reviewed warranty that specifically states the gaskets are covered. Called back service department and now they are discussing with the "manager" and seemed surprised that I was able to quote the warranty cover. Stay away from this "stealership"! More

MY ENGINE LOCKED UP AND I GOT THE CAR TOWED TO THE DEALERSHIP. PATRICK CALLED ME SHORTLY AFTER AND TALKED TO ME ABOUT THE ISSUE. HE KEPT IN CONTACT WITH ME EVERY STEP OF THE WAY AND MADE SURE I HAD SE DEALERSHIP. PATRICK CALLED ME SHORTLY AFTER AND TALKED TO ME ABOUT THE ISSUE.
