Germaine Green was so helpful and kind. I was impressed with the clean and comfortable waiting room. Also impressive that there is a cashier to help with hearing-impaired customers. Only one complaint: there was a very loud and nasty lady(manager, I think) who berated the cashiers for having items on the counter. That was extremely poor form in front of customers. Get to this dealershjip early. I arrive 1 hour before my scheduled appointment. The checkd in time took 27 minutes. The facilty is very clean and the chairs properly spaced.
