There was no attempt to sell something to that wasn’t a priority for me. The handover process was excellent. We completed all paperwork in less than 20 minutes and Anastasia could not have been more helpful in demonstrating features of the car, signing me on to My Audi and registering the vehicle. All in all I experienced a very professional team who were also warm and friendly . Rather than feeling any stress, Anastasia made the experience easy and joyful but also conveyed an air of extreme professionalism that I found very reassuring.
