Our only gripe are the 2 months in delays in receiving our new vehicle caused by hurricanes, floods and minor shipping damage. To help ameliorate the delay Brad offered us the Audi Care Plan and to compensate our excess travel expenses which made us a bit more comfortable. When we were able to pick up the new vehicle Doug spent all the time we needed to get oriented with many of the attributes of our wonderful machine. More

We have had very positive experiences working with the service staff over the years, so when we saw that there was a used A3 available which would work as a replacement for our second car I called Craig Fleishman, who we worked with on the A4. Just like so many years ago, it was a pleasure to work with Craig and the rest of the sales team.
