Gary and the team navigated the various protection plans to minimize the out of pocket, dealt with everything that was causing an issue, helped expedite some body work and returned the car looking new insid to minimize the out of pocket, dealt with everything that was causing an issue, helped expedite some body work and returned the car looking new inside and out (I thought it was a new car at first and not mine when I arrived). In addition they were very responsive to an issue with my wife’s car. Timing took longer than anticipated but I suspect covid has a role to play and the simplicity of the courtesy vehicle makes the disruption minimal. More
