I had some cosmetic concerns with the car for sale (a Honda CRV) initially and I requested that Ali get the minor issues fixed. We closed the deal on a Sunday and by Friday all the requested work had been completed. Truthfully, I was expecting some of the details to be ignored or forgotten by the time I came to pick up the car. However, he took pictures and notated each of my complaints and handled them all. If I ever make enough money to buy an Audi, I'd definitely come back to this dealer to buy. More
