I just moved to the Estero area 3 weeks ago and my Audi A4 warning light went on. I called Naples Audi and was welcomed by Andrew. He assured me that they would take care of topping off my oil. They did a A4 warning light went on. I called Naples Audi and was welcomed by Andrew. He assured me that they would take care of topping off my oil. They did a quick quick diagnostic check and informed me of a bubble in my tire. I had just driven 630 miles on that tire. Andrew checked and the replacement tires were in stock. This oil top off ended up with me leaving my A4 in the Service dept to get tires replaced rotated front end alignment etc. I was so grateful that Andrew was able to take care of my car in such a timely manner. Next day , after returning a loaner car my A4 was ready to go cleaned washed and sanitized! Then Andrew called me after a few days to check that everything was OK with my service. I am so thrilled that I have found Audi Naples to service my A4 and the new Q5 that we purchased later that week. This all started with Andrew and his exceptional customer service! More
