Justin did a great job of getting everything prepared for us because we drove from another state to pick up the car. The Audi team was great from Collin in finance to meeting Ergie who is the head detailer that did a great job of making the car showroom presentable. I was watching the Audi personnel interactions with other customers and I could see they took the time to address concerns and convey information. Overall, it was a great experience! More
