they are definitely a good dealership However, on the service, their little things that I miss such as after doing my oil change, my car still says I’m overdue for my service. I had a nail/screw in my left rear tire and luckily it was a slow leak so I could drive it to my dealership, Autohaus BMW of maplewood. I received a call the next day and they were able to find a new tire was a slow leak so I could drive it to my dealership, Autohaus BMW of maplewood. I received a call the next day and they were able to find a new tire and were able to replace the tire the following day. I was notified throughout the process by the Technician, Andrew Shackley. I was really impressed that he sent me a video of my car with an explanation of what was done. This is my first BMW and so far I'm really impressed with the dealership and the X2. More
