Very courteous Service Advisor who provided me with information about the possible costs and set up an appointment to have the vehicle checked . They are tied into BMW service software so could advise information about the possible costs and set up an appointment to have the vehicle checked . They are tied into BMW service software so could advise on service needed. Maintenance oil changes are lower priced than Jiffy Lube. Car was quickly checked and oil change was completed fast. They did not do or recommended work that wasn't needed. Very nice waiting area and customer flow through the service advisors and cashier area. Highly recommend using both for repair and maintenance services. More
