I contracted for an oil change and filter along with a new battery. They opened promptly at 7 am and I was home by 8:30. The person who obtained my information was friendly and knowledgeable. She took care of all the details so that I could sit in their comfortable, open lounge and read. The woman who checked me out was also very friendly and knowledgeable about her job.
