This review is for a recent service visit that was, unfortunately, a complete disaster from start to finish. I brought my vehicle in for a recall service and a routine oil change. While there, I also requested a quote for a small piece of my convertible top. The initial quote for the part was already a ridiculous price, but that was just the beginning of the problems. When I went to pick up my car, I was shocked to find that the dealership had broken a piece of my convertible top that was not broken when I dropped the car off. The most infuriating part is that they are now trying to charge me for the broken piece and the additional labor required to fix their mistake. To make matters worse, I was charged for work that was never performed. This level of negligence and dishonesty is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone to reconsider bringing their car to this dealership for any service. More

Service on our 530i was okay. However, one of the tires had a piece of metal in it and tech and rep said needed four new tires. I declined the tire replacement, went to Dobbs tire on way home, and they fixed the tire for $35. Not pleased with the attempt to push me into four new tires. More

They need to improve comunication. If you are going to send texts you need to respond to texts.
