I have been a loyal client of Autohaus BMW since 2013. Would never consider having my car serviced anywhere else. This appointment was for a warranty oil change on my year old car. From the moment I place a call to Autohaus BMW until the completion of service I am pleased. Faye sets the stage with a friendly demeanor and demonstrates care and concern for me. In addition, I have always found my service advisor Chris Buie to be top notch - he returns calls and never rushes the time he spends with you. He explains the needed repairs and always addresses my concerns no matter how trivial they may seem to be. The service technicians (most recently I had Robert Rea) are skilled and I love receiving the video of my car detailing its status. The AR associates are friendly and efficient. Lastly, I love the showroom and the service waiting area is excellent (comfort, snacks and size). From start (Faye) to finish (AR staff), whenever I visit Autohaus BMW it has been an enjoyable experience for me. More
