Crack appeared in windshield while at the dealership . Agent claims it is pre existing. No ownership of the issue. Even if it was there ,I was not told about it even though car spent 4 days on site. One touch I really appreciated was the excellent video they sent me at the end of the visit, which summarized the work performed and included a clear visual inspection of the underbody of the car.
