This warranty work was not handled well. I never imagined that repairs would take 5.5 weeks because the parts were not available. Mercedes should not be selling cars if it does not have pa I never imagined that repairs would take 5.5 weeks because the parts were not available. Mercedes should not be selling cars if it does not have parts available to support those cars. The loaner car did not solve my issues. One driver in my household was not allowed to drive the loaner because of his age. We couldn't use the loaner car for anything out of state. I needed to rent multiple cars during this period of warranty work because of the limitations of the loaner and Mercedes not having parts available to support cars it is selling. I am unbelievably disappointed with both Mercedes Benz and Autohaus for how this has been handled. It will be tough for me to get comfortable buying another Mercedes in the future. More
