Me and my wife placed a order for our new 2021 g63 in jan/feb.Was scammed out of my order that I waited months for and also my deposit. Tried to resolve and contact Managment numerous times but no soluti jan/feb.Was scammed out of my order that I waited months for and also my deposit. The dealer contacted me few weeks ago saying would give 5k off if I can wait til October for my truck. I said absolutely not they can just forget it. I should of known something fishy was going on. Now that my truck is basically on way to dealer they tried to say financing failed. I said no prob I have my own financing just let me know what day to pick up my truck. They basically are trying to make up every excuse under the sun why I can’t buy it basically because they sold it from under me. SCAMMED!!! No customer should be treated like this. This dealer doesn’t care about customer service or treating customers right. All they care about is making a quick buck. 0 loyalty!! The 2 people that tricked and scammed me were Philip in sales and also manager nick gioulos. More

Service was great, and Tom Lood is awesome! got a flat tire and brought my car in without an appointment. They were able to take my car immediately and get the repair done quickly, as well as an unplanned tire and brought my car in without an appointment.
