A significant factor in my decision to return to Mercedes & Autohaus was the service I had received over 7 years on my E350, specifically with Ken Dunaway. I conditioned my purchase this summer on being aligned with Ken again for service. He could not be more professional and responsive while also being very personable. And, the work by Autohaus' Service area is always top-notch. More

not reliable It started 3 weeks ago when we stopped by to get an estimate to have our door mirror fixed. The service person said that they would give us a call in It started 3 weeks ago when we stopped by to get an estimate to have our door mirror fixed. The service person said that they would give us a call in a couple of days when the part came in. 2 weeks later we still hadn't been called and decided to check for ourselves on the status of the part. We were told that they had no idea who we were and that we had not been in to see them at all. after 20-30 minutes of talking to different people they said that we could make an appointment and that they had the part. So we make the appointment and drive over an hour to the dealership to have the vehicle fixed. After being there about 30 minutes the service guy comes up to us and says they don't have the part and that it wasn't ordered. I said your department told us to make the appointment and that you had the part. We drove an hour to get here. His answer; Sorry, don't know what to tell you, we don't have the part. Thanks for wasting over 3 hours of my day and over a quarter tank of gas to here, only hear that you can't help us. More

I called prior to the service and left word on the few specific items that I wanted covered and that I'd need a car for the day. The team made sure that I was greeted promptly, even though Tom was busy with another customer when I arrived. I received a nice, clean loaner car and Tom followed up during the day via text on the car's status. The car was serviced expertly and washed, including floor mats - thanks! Tom took the time to review with me everything that was covered. Overall, excellent experience! More
