Nicholas Maniatis was great, and the vehicle was delivered in good shape. However, the purchasing process with the Finance/Management Dept. was upsetting. Only at the point of purchase (when I'm in delivered in good shape. However, the purchasing process with the Finance/Management Dept. was upsetting. Only at the point of purchase (when I'm in the office writing the check) was I given options for prepaid maintenance, extended warranties, tire coverage, etc.. Several of these options were several thousands of dollars, and there was no advance notification of these options and the pricing, and no ability to 'sleep on it' and choose the next day. I didn't appreciate the hard-sell, now or never, approach. More

Was very upset with the price for a schedule B service. Was quoted 550.00 and was then charged $41.00 for disposal of fluids. This cost more than purchasing new fluids. Vehicle has fewer than 10,000 miles and is a 2020 300C AWD Warranty work was performed satisfactory however Heather seemed uninterested in helping me retrieve my insurance card and sun glasses left in the loaner car which I had returned.
