Very expensive compared to other MB dealers around the area they wantet to charge me $475 for a battery replacement when the other MB dealer charged me only $235 more than double. Tom Lood was excellent, polite, and a good problem-solver. The service people had made a mistake and after "opening" the car, they realized that they had ordered the wrong parts.
