Everyone from my salesman of Bob Miller to the managers of Heather and Dan and Finance Manager of Rich Spears did everything possible to not only find an amazing deal for me but make the whole sales process extremely comfortable, transparent, and enjoyable. They gave me not only the best deal by far but the best experience. I have visited many BMW dealerships and I can tell you without question none of them even compare to BMW of Crystal Lake. Disappointing I found a used vehicle that I was extremely interested in. There were a bunch of scratches on the vehicle so the manager knocked $250 off The price, A I found a used vehicle that I was extremely interested in. There were a bunch of scratches on the vehicle so the manager knocked $250 off The price, After the first visit we decided to bring our mechanic back to check out the vehicle, he had some concerns about a noise which he believed to be the transmission, after speaking with a manager they decided to have the service department look at it, which took a few days, we went back with full confidence they fixed the problem. The decided since the cost of fixing the problem they took the $250 credit off the Table. Wasnt to happy about that.This now are 3rd time driving the 2 hour round trip and of course the problem wasn’t resolved. So they asked us to come back they’d have the service manager look at it. A few days later they said They didn’t find any thing wrong so we go back got a 4th time ready to sign the papers. Before we had a chance to check the vehicle they started filling out the paper work. As if we already bought it. I put a stop to it and asked to test drive it, sure enough the noise is still there. They were going to inspect it one more time so again we left, at the time of the paper work knowing I might not take the vehicle they still ran my credit , which the GM told me they only run it thru 2-3 banks, well they ran it thru 7, knocking my score down almost 45 points. Well the moral of the story they called me the next day to tell me they’ve decide not to go any further after looking in to the vehicle They think it is a transmission problem and they were going to sell it at auction.. low n behold I look online today and they still have the Tahoe for sale, not only do they know they are selling a vehicle with a bad trans., they raised the price $500 this was over 3 weeks ago. So if your interested in the black 2013 Chevy Tahoe buyer Beware. I’ve already contacted the attorney general and am waiting for the forms to file a complaint. Shame on them for trying to sell a vehicle they know is a lemon More
New BMW X6 This one was a hard one to find and Michelle and Leah and Dan worked hard to put me in this SAV. I had to have certain options and BMW of Crystal Lak This one was a hard one to find and Michelle and Leah and Dan worked hard to put me in this SAV. I had to have certain options and BMW of Crystal Lake had it so, I was in the area and came by to check it out but had to get back home. So once I got home I called back and we put the deal together! This is my 10th BMW Auto which 7 have been brand new that I have ordered and one was European Delivery. Michelle had breakfast for us and a place all set up for our dogs to sit while getting the paperwork ready. I would recommend if your wanting a class act you should work with Michelle and Crystal Lake BMW. I love my X6 it looks nice in the stable next to my 2015 435i Coupe’ and my 1987 325i Convertible! More

Super Low Pressure and Pleasant Buying Experience We went into this dealership with some preliminary discussions via phone and Internet with Leah Ruscitti who was very helpful and informative, but our We went into this dealership with some preliminary discussions via phone and Internet with Leah Ruscitti who was very helpful and informative, but our actual in-store dealings were with Bob Miller. Bob introduced himself as a very low pressure salesman and he lived up to his word. We were trading in a car and we knew what it was worth. We also knew exactly which new car we wanted (model, color, options, etc) and how much that cost. Bob and his manager Derek were very straight forward, honest and efficient with our purchasing experiencing - no waiting 45 minutes while the manager had to "figure out his deal". The car we wanted was actually at a dealership in Madison, WI but was delivered to this dealership the very next day. Everything was handled expeditiously with professionalism and courtesy. From Leah, to Bob and Derek (Gruendermann) and to Rich Spears (who handled the final paperwork) -- everyone 'bent over backwards' to make our buying experience a good one. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Satisfying experience in working with Bob Miller. During my nine month search for my next car I visited with not only 3-other local Mazda dealers but also, looked at every major auto manufacture so to During my nine month search for my next car I visited with not only 3-other local Mazda dealers but also, looked at every major auto manufacture so to compare to the 2019 Mazda 3 (including a visit to Chicago 2019 Auto Show). My final choice was primarily based on best value for targeted affordability, quality and historic service record. Mazda won out because it met each of these with high merit and because Bob Miller and dealership staff provided me a good comfort level and confidence that they wanted my business. More
