I talked with 4 different BMW dealers looking for my perfect 330i... Ron was the first to actually sit down and go over every single feature of the car - while also listening and responding to all my va perfect 330i... Ron is great. I first met him when my (previous) car was in for service and I was wandering the lot. For over a year Ron and I talked back and forth about replaci I first met him when my (previous) car was in for service and I was wandering the lot. For over a year Ron and I talked back and forth about replacing my X1. First, in my experience, it's rare to find the same salesperson working at a dealership for that long. Second Ron was responsive and patient while I ordered my X5 and changed the order a few times. I had no surprises - the car was exactly as ordered and I was not charged over MSRP (seems common at other dealers these days). My car was built on a Monday and was sitting at the dealership that Friday. All in all, it took about 5 weeks from order to pickup. I haven't had the car long so it's too early to speak about the car itself but the purchasing experience went well. More
