I purchased a used 2018 BMW 340 from a BMW dealership in Virginia. After a while I noticed a wind noise in the cabin. Mr. Cuesta went above and beyond to make sure the problem is diagnosed; he personally followed up with BMW to find out what's covered under the warranty and what's not, and at the end he found a solution with just a small fee to me. I'm very satisfied with the customer service I received, and highly recommend Mr. Cuesta and this dealership. Mr. Ricky Catalan was also very helpful and I appreciate his assistance very much, as well. More
