Amazing customer service John was very professional from the start. When I came in we went for a test drive and he taught me the whole car. In minutes I knew how to work the w John was very professional from the start. When I came in we went for a test drive and he taught me the whole car. In minutes I knew how to work the whole car, and got a better understanding of the vehicle. I still have not made my desicion but BMW is still in the run against audi. The Open road dealer said, "Freehold was lying about the number "they are not going to take a loss" If they are, I will come back to you. Did not go back to Open Road in Edison. . Salesmanship and knowledge I gave the dealership 5 stars only because of John Galante. I was interested in the 2014 650ix I was assigned a salesman who no longer works at BMW of I gave the dealership 5 stars only because of John Galante. I was interested in the 2014 650ix I was assigned a salesman who no longer works at BMW of freehold. He had no knowledge of the 650ix. I was so frustrated that every time I asked a question he would have to ask John galante who was in the genius position. I asked the manager to please have John assist me instead of the assigned salesman. John is highly knowledgeable, patient and professional. I bought my Bmw at freehold because of john. After I took my car Home John followed up with me answering any questions I had. I told the GM is a keeper n i was glad to see he was promoted to salesman. I will highly recommend john to my friends! More
