Excellent Experience My wife and I were out shopping for cars and ended up stopping at this bmw dealer. We were greeted as soon as we came in and someone was there to help My wife and I were out shopping for cars and ended up stopping at this bmw dealer. We were greeted as soon as we came in and someone was there to help us right after, and also this was on a Saturday while the place was packed, so i was very impresses how quick we were helped. I'd have to say the customer service i got from them was what sold us on our BMW M6 as we went to Porsche, Mercedes, and Audi to shop also, and did not feel very welcomed by their people, as if we were not capable of buying their cars. The Sales Manager Danny helped us and honestly was the best sales experience I've ever had. We were so happy with the experience that i felt like a review was needed by me, for them. BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! HONEST AND FORWARD I had been looking for new vehicles for over three months and it was starting to get extremely confusing with how many there are. I went in to BMW Of I had been looking for new vehicles for over three months and it was starting to get extremely confusing with how many there are. I went in to BMW Of Freehold and all they wanted to do was make sure i was educated enough to buy whichever car best suited me even if it wasn't a BMW. I went in on a Saturday and even though it was extremely busy i was greeted and helped by a BMW genius and then sat with a gentleman named Sebastian. Once we narrowed it down he helped me figure out what would work best in my life and one of the sales managers John came over to thank me for stopping in and made sure to know that he was readily available whenever i was ready. NO GAMES AT ALL More
