I came to Eugene Pozdnyak by word of mouth with a great recommendations. He is absolutely professional and super knowledgeable at what he does. I was basically spoon fed that day. He always answers the phone and takes care of you even after you bought the car and left the dealership which is very unlikely in these days. Thank you so much Eugene for being a so great!!!! Mike is a Top Notch Salesman! ! I was in the market to replace my 2016 X5 and found a 2021 X5 on line that I was interested in. I called BMW of Freehold and was put in touch with M ! I was in the market to replace my 2016 X5 and found a 2021 X5 on line that I was interested in. I called BMW of Freehold and was put in touch with Mike. I am from Syracuse, NY so I was hoping that this process would go smoothly. Mike exceeded all expectations and a deal was done within 24 hours!!! I drove in to pick up my new ride and was driving home within 2 hours! Mike was upfront and honest, available to answer all of my questions, provided great customer service, and there were no hidden fees when I got there. He is the best, and it was definitely worth the 5 hour drive. I already know where I'm getting my next one!!! More
