If there was another BMW service center I would try. Waiting 2:20 minutes for oil change and quick recall bolts on back. Josh was nice and helpful. Love the snacks and beverage selection plus. Very poor communication, had to chase down the service advisor. Repairs are suspect and we still an issue they said they fixed. Damaged the car.
