Carlos is invaluable to BMW, Sarasota I haven’t had the best service even under the CPO at your dealership. I am not alone in that, but decided to get a quote as Carlos is the most reliabl I haven’t had the best service even under the CPO at your dealership. Unfortunately, the price was high, very high for me to proceed with at BMW. I can find a BMW certified mechanic for much less. Why can’t BMW have competitive pricing?
