Gregg was great, he had to solve getting parts by contacting multiple dealerships for them. Technicians also were good. I do like the video of the inspection. The bmw policy on credit cards is disapp contacting multiple dealerships for them. Technicians also were good. I do like the video of the inspection. The bmw policy on credit cards is disappointing, worse was being told my bank had to be contacted to clear my check. Not very conducive to wanting my future new vehicle business. So technically I like the vehicles and service, commercially less so. More

I would not recommend BMW Sarasota to any out of state buyer. The whole process too for ever. All communications went thru one person and he was always busy. Also, the certified used car they sold me had buyer. The whole process too for ever. All communications went thru one person and he was always busy. Brooke did not listen carefully as I described the suspension problem, did not know the type of suspension my car had, and was very difficult to communicate with, not returning calls and unable for te suspension problem, did not know the type of suspension my car had, and was very difficult to communicate with, not returning calls and unable for telephone staff to reach her. I had such a bad experience, as soon as we returned home to Michigan, I traded the BMW for a Volvo. The Volvo dealership in Sarasota is very responsive…they make a customer feel important. More
