Just a good experience-took the car in on time and it was finished within the time period they stated. Cameron was very nice and good to work with. The only thing I wish could have been fixed was the fact th finished within the time period they stated. Cameron was very nice and good to work with. The only thing I wish could have been fixed was the fact that the music and lights inside the car will not shut off after turning it off and then having to reopen the door to retrieve something. Cameron said you have to lock and unlock the door for it to turn off and that it was common in BMW's but my other BMW's didn't have that issue. More

I didn't like the additional charges that no one could explain when I used the Kiosk. I also thought the credit card surcharge was ridiculous. Why does a BMW dealership need to do a surcharge?
