Disappointed. I have waited my entire life to finally be able to buy a BMW. When I bought my used 2021 BMW X1 they had just received the vehicle. When I arrived t I have waited my entire life to finally be able to buy a BMW. When I bought my used 2021 BMW X1 they had just received the vehicle. When I arrived to test drive it, it still had the prior owners personal belongings in the back and it had not been detailed. I test drove it anyways and decided to buy it but I regret it. The salesman was very nice but the delivery ruined the entire experience for me and even weeks later I don’t even like the car because of this. They sent it back for detail but the detailer did a poor job still smelled like the other owner with strong perfume, sunpass sticker on the windshield etc. I sent it back before I drove off they “cleaned” it more but still not what a BMW presentation should be like. The financing person was cold and not very friendly especially when we told her we did not want to purchase additional warranty. Overall poor experience and now Im stuck with a car that I don’t even want because I can’t get it out of my head the smell and experience. I’ll buy a new one next time at a different dealership. More
