Lucy Aguilar is the best. I don't think much of your service techs. I had 3 new tires installed and they didn't clean the stuff off the tires. Also they gave me a estimate to fix a small leek from the rear diff case of over $7,000.00( yes $ 7,000.00). I already have two estimates for less than $1,000.00. Sorry to say I won't be having your dealership service my X2 anymore. I will miss Lucy. More

Dealership tries to make the customer experience as palitable as possible. I was told that a wheel sensor, which was fine when I brought the car in, went bad while in your shop. Hundreds of dollars later I had it fixed so the warning light wouldn’t come on even though not fixing it wouldn’t have affected the car’s operation. Maria is only dealing with what the service dept. tells her….so I don’t think she was making anything up. More
