The service experience at this dealership does not live up to BMW standards. Long waits, poor coordination between departments and inconsistent customer friendliness. I appreciated the new check-in system that allowed me not to have to wait for a valet to check me in. My appointment with so timely that the person who is picking me up, and my departure correlated perfectly to have to wait for a valet to check me in. Check in was easy and our service advisor kept us updated on the vehicle. Loved the video texted to us by the service technician!
