Theo has been great anytime my car has been in for service. I love working with him as my service advisor. Experienced lots of delays in the sales process regarding paperwork and delivery of my CPO vehicle. To minimize further delays ended up having to drive from NH to dealership and then drove illegally back to paperwork and delivery of my CPO vehicle.
