Buying a car is a fine experience here. servicing your car is a different experience all together. They guys work hard, but it does not seem well run. Waited 3 hours for an oil and brake fluid change, and I had an appt. Also, the person greeting everyone couldn’t be bothers to say his, emailed and answer basic questions with throwing off some attitude. For a BMW dealership, I would have expected a much better greeting and sophisticated experience. I bought and service 2 BMWs there, and it always feels like bought a Chevy at the dealership down the road. More

Kenny and Nate customer service’s was Amazing! I went to another BMW dealer and I was very disappointed with their customer service. I work for the City of Boston and I am the Director overseeing I went to another BMW dealer and I was very disappointed with their customer service. I work for the City of Boston and I am the Director overseeing 15 employees and I wish Had Kenny & Nate working for me that’s how much I was impressed with them.
