Very easy to work with My wife and I were looking for a used BMW for our son. We saw a car online that we were interested in and happenened to be close so we stopped to see My wife and I were looking for a used BMW for our son. We saw a car online that we were interested in and happenened to be close so we stopped to see the car. With COVID-19 and without an appointment we weren’t sure if we’d be able to drive it. We were greeted promptly by Tom who assured us he’d be happy to show it to us and let us drive it. We liked it and made the deal. We weren’t able to take the car that day as it had just been traded and still needed to be serviced. Tom kept me informed of the progress and we picked it a few days later and our son absolutely loves it. Thanks Tom. More
