Ken Delk (Senior Sales) is great guy, he was never pushy. Answered all my questions and obtained the records i wanted promptly. Although we came 15 minutes to close,he took his time and let us go for a long test drive. Very professional during the evaluation of my trade in. I would definitely work with him again. Naz Faraj (product Genius) showed everything we needed to get familiar with the car very quickly. His knowledge about the car was amazing. He is a walking operator's manual!! Overall definitely recommend this dealership!! More

She listens and responds to meet the varied needs of her clients but never compromises the vision and values of BMW. Skillfully, she realized that we had high standards and helped us to design and select the vehicle of our choice. Although the process took more time than anticipated, she worked diligently with management to have our expectations met. At best, I would have to say, this was the "GREATEST" experience ever in buying a car from start to finish. As we sat down with finance, Mike Niedzwiecki, walked us through a process with a calm and assuring demeanor. As we drove away from the dealership, in our 2018 BMW 328d xdrive, I said to my wife, "By far, this has been the best experience ever." If they made trucks, I would buy a truck too.
