They offered me a fair trade value for my 2009 LS 460 I recently bought a pre-owned low mileage 2012 Lexus LS 460 AWD from BMW of Middleburg Heights. They offered me a fair trade value for my 2009 LS 460 with double the miles. My salesman, Greg Kasmer made the transaction easy and fast and overall I had a very good experience. Greg was very helpful and communicated thoroughly with me before, during and after the sale. Since I live in West Virginia, Greg and I talked by phone several times and I only had to make one trip to trade in my 2009 and drive the 2012 home. My father-in-law had a similar experience with Greg in May and I asked for Greg for this transaction. When I first called, Greg picked up the phone the first time and I didn't have to wait for a call back. Dan Walker provided excellent assistance administratively, handled the financial paperwork accurately and I received title to the 2012 in about a week. More
