Q = True Baller I've purchased two vehicles recently and spoke to many salespeople. Most have been pushy and at times straight up lie about things. Q, on the other ha I've purchased two vehicles recently and spoke to many salespeople. Most have been pushy and at times straight up lie about things. Q, on the other hand, is persistent, hard working and straightforward. In my mind, there is a difference between pushy and persistent. Q followed up with me, but didn't pressure me into anything. He worked hard to find answers, rather than redirecting the conversation or making something up. If he didn't have an answer, he would check and call, text or email me back. Q is a funny and friendly guy, who will put you at ease and allow you to make a decision you are comfortable with. Q truly went out of his way, whereas, other dealers in the area couldn't be bothered to respond in a timely manner or give me accurate details about the vehicle they were selling. For example, another dealer didn't bother to tell me it smelled like death in the vehicle I traveled 4 hours to see. They tried to cover it up with some god-awful coconut bomb after I mentioned it. I told them I was disappointed and left. To be honest, I didn't think I was going to purchase the vehicle I did from Q when I started my car search journey. However, after going to other dealerships and running into the same annoying sales tactics and tomfoolery, the decision was clear. Q worked with me, heard my concerns and ultimately provided the best deal. I don't know what it is about being a car salesman, and why so many think they should treat people like sub-human mutants without a brain. Q simply treated me like a human and with respect. By the end of the experience I would have purchased anything from Q. Used diapers? Sure, sign me up. I couldn't wait to throw my money at him. While it could have all been a ruse and I'm a sucker, I do believe Q genuinely cares about his customers, because he sees them as people, not dollar signs. I'm sure he likes money too, but who doesn't? Further, the professionalism at this dealership extends beyond Q as well. Everyone else I interacted with at the dealership was friendly and competent. I was even "that guy" that came in right before they closed. You know? The customer that everyone hates, walking in at the last minute. In fairness, I drove from really far away, but still the dreaded last minute customer. Q and the finance guy (Dan, I believe), stayed WELL past close to assist me in purchasing a vehicle. They didn't pressure me or make me feel like a terrible person. They just remained professional and got the job done. In summary, Q is a true baller-extraordinaire in regards to customer service, selling cars and making you feel good about spending all your hard earned swole dollars. And, yes, I am a real customer. I totally purchased a vehicle here yesterday. More

And he went the extra step of asking whether we would want to take delivery at the BMW Performance Center in South Carolina since we currently live in Georgia, but were buying in Ohio. What an incredible experience for both my wife and me. The X5 is great, and Steve made the process more comfortable than we've ever experienced (this is our 4th BMW and 12th vehicle overall).
