Advisor Marc Narosny maintained opened communication and was personable throughout the process. On the day of pick-up, he willingly demonstrated all of the car's internal features, which took approximately an hour. He was helpful while keeping a casual approach to conversing. The vehicle was well-cleaned and prepared for pick-up on time. I also worked with Dan Walker in financing the purchase, who is a great guy. He was friendly and answered all of my questions, and I had a lot of questions. He was able to structure the financing to accommodate my request. Both of these guys were great to work with, and I am happy with my experience at the dealership. More

No pressure as he explained the various options. My schedule is not flexible so our business was executed mainly through e-mails. We were able to take possession of the Grand coupe earlier than was promised, which greatly pleased my wife (happy life...). Took the time to listen to what I wanted out of my fourth BMW purchase and did everything in his power to make it happen. We test drove a number of options, worked over a number of financing options and ultimately found the best car and at an unbelievable price. I'm now in what hast turned out to be my favorite BMW to date and Tom and Dan made it happen. I can't recommend these guys enough. I will be back when my better half's lease is up. More

Buying used BMW X5 This is the 3rd BMW that we have purchased and it by far was the best experience we have ever had in purchasing a car. We drove from Columbus, OH to make the purchase and I'm so glad we did. It was worth the trip! This BMW dealership far exceeds the dealership we have done business with in the past in Dublin, OH on all levels. Jerry Mancini, Fred Palmer and Dan Walker were all extremely professional and made our buying process easy and efficient. Jerry and Fred went out of their way to introduce themselves when we first arrived even though they were very busy selling cars that day. The negotiating process was smooth and fast just like we like it! Jerry even stayed after the dealership was closed to go over all the car's features and show us how to operate all the new technology. We now understand why this dealership is "Dealer of the Year 2015/State Winner" but they should be rated "number one" in North America. It's nice to know there are still some dealerships around today that offer great old fashioned customer service. Jerry even followed up with us after we arrived home to see how we liked the car.
