Talk about elite customer service I have been leasing cars since 2005 and I have always thought I was treated nicely ,up until when I stopped at Ganely's BMW and I was greeted by DRIK I have been leasing cars since 2005 and I have always thought I was treated nicely ,up until when I stopped at Ganely's BMW and I was greeted by DRIK STEFFENS who was exceptionally welcoming .Drik was totally professional treated me like a VIP . He didn't waste a minute of my time he made every effort in the world to make the process of buying a car so much fun. My advice to everyone out there if you are interested in BMW do yourself a favour and ask about DRIK STEFFENS. He is certainly a the biggest assist to Ganely's BMW. More
Performance Delivery Experience September 2, 2014 HI Ken (Ken Delk), We took delivery of our new X5 yesterday at the BMW Performance Center. My, what at awesome experience! My wife and I both enjo HI Ken (Ken Delk), We took delivery of our new X5 yesterday at the BMW Performance Center. My, what at awesome experience! My wife and I both enjoyed it immensely. The test track experience was a dream come true. It wetted my appetite to go back and take the two day driving school. The factory tour was impressive. I’ve toured many manufacturing plants during my business career including other auto assembly plants, and several engine manufacturing plants. The technology and innovative methods being used at the Spartanburg, SC plant are mind boggling. Finally, the delivery experience was extremely thorough. There is so much to learn about the control systems that are on the iDrive, it will take us a while to absorb and retain it all. But it was an extremely helpful start. We will do this experience again in a heartbeat when we purchase another BMW. We only drove about 100 miles yesterday and are now in Asheville, NC for the day. We plan to spend today touring the Biltmore Estate and finish our trip home tomorrow. Our short 100 miles was a wonderful driving experience and we absolutely love the car already. I’m sure we will enjoy it even more once we learn how to operate all the controls. Thank you very much for all your capable assistance in helping us buy the car, and especially for setting up the Performance Center delivery experience for us. We appreciate the strong support from Robert Strecker and Frank Steffen too. We were impressed with the friendliness, courtesy, professionalism, and thoroughness from all three of you. I was picked up at the airport by Jerry Mancini, who I had been dealing with on the purchase of my 750 Li. After a short trip to the dealership, I was on the road in less than one and a half hours. This time included financing and a very detailed review of how all the buttons and knobs of the car worked. During financing, every paper was ready and in order, this process could not of been completed any faster. Everyone was pleasant and it was a pleasure to deal with Jerry. I made the deal on this car 700 miles away over the phone, it was evident Ganley BMW was experienced at conducting long distance deals, every detail performed by them was perfect. I not only got the ultimate driving machine, I also got the ultimate buying experience. More

Jerry Mancini is a professional salesman who effectively balances the interests of his employer and customers. In dealing on the business side with Fred Palmer and Mike Niedzwiecki, again, a win-win is successfully gained so that the customer leaves satisfied. And the professionalism of the service staff keeps me hook on BMW's! Mike Lepre, Jim Strunk and all the service staff are friendly; going out of their way to deliver the BMW experience to customers! Dirk is very professional, fun to work with and very knowledgeable This is my first BMW, a 7000 miles CPO 528i X-drive that looks and feels brand new. Dirk is very professional, fun to work with and very knowledgeable about the car's technology and features. The rest of the team was also courteous and the process was quick and easy without the usual push to sell extra services. PS: I prefer the heft and solid handling to other cars in this class/price range. The impressive low end torque of the Twinturbo moves the car easily and with decent fuel economy. All in all I am quite happy with this car buying experience and the vehicle. Thanks Ganley team! More

Would not recommend on long distance sales We were working with the dealer on pre-owned vehicle they had for sale, though we are not local to Ganley. The car ticked all the boxes that we were looking for and we were willing to travel a couple hours to get right car. While we continued to shop for vehicles local to our own area, we were in contact the Ganley sales rep for information on the other car we were still interested in. We were ready to move on the car, but were attempting to come an agreement on a final price point for the deal, and before we nailed down travel plans. Long story short, we never heard back from the sales rep over three days the dealer was open, and it appear instead the car was sold. While they reserve the right to sell the car, at a minimum I would have expected to be contacted and told that the car was gone. Overall a lackluster experience in terms of long terms sales and trustworthiness. I've bought multiple cars (including two BMW M cars) and motorcycles at a distance over several years (both privately and with dealers) and have come to expect better customer service than what we had received. In fact, I recently bought a 2011 BMW M3 from a semi-distant different dealer (i.e. not Ganley) - a sales rep at that dealer knew I was looking for a specific car, and they called and gave me first chance at purchasing the vehicle -- that's the type of customer service is enjoyable. Perhaps with Ganley the experience is different for in-person sales, but over email/phone we were very underwhelmed - go somewhere else if you are not local would be my advice. More

They did a tremendous job assessing my needs and then ensuring that we found a BMW that fit that criteria. Made the car buying experience very enjoyable and as long as I am buying a BMW I will be buying from Ganley. This experience also only further emphasized the strong relationship between my organization, the Cavaliers, Monsters & Gladiators, and Ganley. We've built a strong partnership that continues to provide value to both companies. Hopefully we can continuing building our relationship between two great Northeast Ohio organizations! More
