Communication was reactive not proactive. Estimate at beginning was 2 hours. I know it's an estimate. Was not looking for guarantees. But After 3 hours I had to go ask the status. They were cordial but not very friendly. If you want to treat customer well you must be happy courteous and proactive. Last visit and this visit I got back in my car after my appointment with you, started it, and TPMS light came on. Isn't this a checklist item? There should be a standard practice to calibrate AND ensure the calibration results in light going off. Please don't make your customer take responsibility for this. If I buy a car that I like next, I might buy a Honda. If I buy a car based on great service, I would definitely buy from Tom Wood Lexus. 100%. In a heartbeat. They are not perfect but they are great.
