We have leased two Jeeps from this dealership. Our Jeep Grand Cherokee console is not working. The console has the car in the ocean and thus restarts the console every 3 minutes. I called to get an appointment with the service center. The person on the phone had poor customer service. There is was never any empathy for situation just a response that the there is little they can do and the first appointment will be in 29 days. I then called to speak with the head of sales. The two gentlemen would not take the call. I spoke with a person from Finance and he stated he ALSO cannot his car serviced because they are so backed up. Why is the service center backed up so severely. I will try to reach out to Mike Campenella who owns the dealership. I hope this is helpful when deciding if you should go to the dealership. There are plenty of other dealerships that have decent service responses. It's an important part of purchasing or leasing a vehicle. 1 More
