After inspecting the vehicle after the oil change and tier rotation we discovered damage to the right side front bumper..and immediately brought it to MR Sebastian attention..An oil change turned into 11 tier rotation we discovered damage to the right side front bumper..and immediately brought it to MR Sebastian attention..An oil change turned into 11 days of xxxx..our damage vehicle never left the dealer to go the the bodywork shop..We discovered this when We went to pick it up.and no one had any explanation for us.. No manager to help ... it is now day 13 and I still don’t have my vehicle my vocation plans ruined..Incompetence at its highest is my rating..$1100. And counting on my credit card for a rental that the company stated they were covering.. This is my wife’s 3rd vehicle from this dealer... how is it that No one knew the vehicle NEVER LEFT THE DEALER..TO GO TO BODYWORK SHOP....Why would a $200. Job end up costing a business hundreds and no one seem moved.. More
